Shoes well suited for cycle touring

The first SPD shoes

These are my first SPD shoes. I bought the cheapest model available in my size. After the first 100 km I say that they are really great. I have nothing to complain about. I recommend!

gravel shoes

Very good and practical

Good quality

Price-performance ratio seems to be right. After the first ride (approx. 4 hours), there were no pressure points. Unfortunately, there were no instructions for assembly as the QR code didn't work.

Nothing fits! - Service team doesn't help either

The shoes do not fit the matching pedals from Decathlon. I contacted the service department at the store for installation, and they couldn't help other than attaching the pedals for a fee of 5 euros. Now I have the pedals on the bike, but the shoes don't fit. It doesn't last. Exchanges are no longer possible. 1 star, nothing more. I am very disappointed.

A good entry shoe into the world of cycling

The shoes are characterized by comfort, durability and effective power transfer while cycling. They have a stiff sole. Additionally, they are well ventilated and provide adequate foot stability to ensure comfort and control while riding. I definitely recommend it

First spd shoes

This is my first SPD, so the rating may be exaggerated, but I will try. the sole does not slip on the floor in the staircase - this is already a plus. A tie or a boa didn't make any difference to me - I wanted to try it. the shoe holds the foot well. I haven't experienced any numbness in my feet or fingers, even though they're scaring me left and right. I arranged my shoes myself. I only wish there was a blue color in my size. I'll put up with the burgundy one because it actually suits my bike. Spds stay longer.

Great shoes to start with

I bought the shoes for trekking in Estonia, they worked great. Very comfortable and airy, the foot does not sweat. They are undersized - I usually wear 43 - here I had to exchange them for 44. After half a year of use, the sole on the right shoe broke at the narrowing under the toes, which is a very strange "failure" for shoes that you don't wear. Reliable Decathlon customer service - complaint accepted.

The first shoes of this type.

The shoes are comfortable for about 25 km or 2 hours of riding, but then they hurt my foot in the front part. Narrow.

We made no concessions when testing these GRVL500 shoes. We approved each component in the lab and chose them for their quality of use.But that wasn't all. We also got numerous testers to put the shoes through their paces on the road. This included some legendary road races (Paris-Roubaix, Tour des Flandres, the Ardéchoise, etc.) as well as lunchtime and weekend rides and gravel rides (RocOrigin83, Gravelxinoise, etc.).
