THANKS

A big thank you to the Wagram Vélo team for all the advice that made me choose this car. The reception was impeccable with a lot of attention and perfect settings. Very happy with my acquisition which is top notch. very agile, precise, flexible in accidental situations. The suspension locking is super responsive and the gear change is very precise and fast. I climbed a 25% slope without problem. The brake system is certainly the area for improvement and perhaps the flat chainrings would benefit from greater performance to go faster (a larger chainring at the front?) to follow on my next outings.

Excellent value.

It's not the lightest mountain bike but it doesn't weigh 15 kg either. Excellent comfort on all terrains and the fork locking system is very effective. Perfect for training and long outings.

Top ! Very good quality/equipment/price ratio

Bike purchased via Decathlon Second Life, it is like new. Just an error with the pedals provided but the salesman at the Ponts de Cé store agreed to make an exchange, thank you!

Good as I didn't imagine

Light, responsive, precise (for an XL), crazy suspensions once adjusted which swallow everything on my training circuit, (the original adjustment had to be done by drawing lots...), and the AXS is so good! As I am heavy, I directly replaced the 180 mm front disc with a 204, and it works very well. (I also did this on my previous mountain bike) I will also put the 180 at the rear for more progressivity. I hadn't changed my mountain bike (brand and bought 2000€+ at the time) for over 10 years... We're entering another world, even if I've only done 2 outings... It All you have to do is buy a disc and two adapters for the heavier ones, and you have a flawless bike! Looking forward to the holidays to make him taste more stone!

Good price-performance ratio

Light with good components. Suspension responds well. Rear end wobbles slightly during normal pedaling.

after 1 month trial

I've been driving with it for a little over a month and there's a big problem with the lacquer, the varnish is coming off and you can see the black carbon underneath...my advisor is trying to claim the warranty but it's not easy....and the disaster braking....I went back they purged but no correct braking even with the lever stuck to the handlebars at that price it's shameful, I'm going to have to switch to shimano at my own expense.... above a can knowing that it is normally a high end...

Reynolds frame and wheels paint quality to be reviewed

I am clearly disappointed with the price over the quality after only 2 months.. after 3 outings the paint on the seatstay is already worn at the level of a slight friction with the calf --> After-sales service file in progress the varnish on the frame is already dull in certain places like this it was already worn --> it will clearly age badly this RACE 900s I had XC50, 100s and another 100 for my son and these are the first time I see this on the paint and at this price, I hope Decathlon will sort this out. Then Reynolds carbon rear wheel bearing already out of order after 600km but it's complicated for the after-sales service for a simple bearing in 2 and a half weeks they didn't have time to replace it for me... Apart from these problems it's a mountain bike at the top in terms of behavior and responsiveness. it makes you want to restart at the slightest opportunity

Booting up

The lowest price for the last 30 days was 1999.e

deplorable paint quality and HS bearing

3rd Rockrider XC 50, 100S and an delivery in December to the Dieppe store and it was a joy, this RACE 900S is so responsive in restarts, comfortable and the AXS is just fantastic. THE FOLLOWING IS LESS FUN: However, after 3 outings the paint on the seatstays is already wearing off with the simple friction of the calf (and even the black frame underneath)!!! I had not protected this area with a film because it is mentioned in the presentation video on the site that there was work carried out to protect the risk areas with film!!! a file has been open for support since January but it is a bit long. In addition, the rest of the paint on the frame does not age very well with the impression that there was almost no varnish on this frame!! But that doesn't stop you from riding and I'm still going to wait for Decathlon's after-sales service on this irritating subject for a bike at this price. 2nd PROBLEM: I noticed at the end of February that the carbon rear wheel bearing had some play (not even 600km) and I returned the bike on February 26 to the Dieppe store which announced that the bike would be returned on March 23, i.e. almost 1 month to replace 1 wheel bearing!! unacceptable to propose such a delay for a wheel bearing on a new mountain bike. So I asked to be able to collect it by March 15 at the latest --> and I went to see that day directly at the workshop to get the answer that it was not possible as a deadline so they did nothing and I'm going to collect the bike tomorrow with its problems so what do we do now Decathlon? Do you have a correct after-sales service to offer to your customers who have purchased mountain bikes for 3/4000€ to do sports regularly? honestly I wanted to consider a RACE940s at the end of the year but I fear this is going to be the last rockrider for me after this experience. I also mentioned the workshop technician explained to me that normally it is up to the customer to contact Reynolds for after-sales service!!! I bought the mountain bike from Decathlon not Reynolds!! If tomorrow I have a problem with the derailleur I have to contact SRAM too, right? The 2-year legal guarantee is from Decathlon, do not confuse it with the lifetime warranty extension. Sincerely

Super mtb ts
