great product this is my second pair
Walk in these shoes almost every day. With my 120KG, these shoes also have good cushioning and after 3 years the shoes are only now starting to wear out. Will definitely purchase them again.
After a month of normal use as a walking shoe, the side parts came apart. I recommend greater attention in the creation of the product. Better to use stitching instead of glue. Too bad because the previous version of the product did not have this problem.
1. It has a wide toe box. It lets you spread your toes and feel the traction but a bit clunky when running fast on faster trails and changing direction on fast descents. 2. The shoe upper is not a single material. The abrasion material on the shoe upper started peeling off a bit, it didn't completely come of though. 3. The shoe is tough. Protection is good even when there is a lot of rock hopping on the trails. 4. Dry grip is excellent. Wet grip is good. Haven't slipped once on wet rocks. 5. Cushion is good. 6. I personally don't like the color and the design of the shoe. It is not the best looking shoe imo but it does get the job done. 7. For this price, it is the best beginners trail running shoes.
Second pair of the same model. In the first one I did 1200 km. From the outside the shoes still look OK. I still use them for walks in the forest with the dog. The sole didn't wear out too much. After 1200, the depreciation was no longer the same as at the beginning, but I felt it only when I put on a new pair... :-) There are no better shoes at this price.
When you try the shoe on, you don't notice the hard heel. If you wear it for a long time, you get pressure points and blisters. The shoe is unusable.
I buy this pair every year and never get a light bulb even over 80km. good cushioning, they are very comfortable!

The new MT2 has greater elasticity based on your feedback on the MT: The sole has hollowed-out rubber areas between each lug. Increased flexibility provides more fluidity and better heel-to-toe transition. You can free your stride in the fast sections.

The MT2 is also more lightweight for more dynamic runs. The weight was reduced by 1.4 oz per foot for greater comfort. It now weighs 10.9 oz in size 9.

8 mm drop.
We have reduced the drop of the MT2 to 8 mm based on your feedback. This height is perfectly suitable for both your daily runs and your ultra-trail distances.
Tested on all terrains and over the long term
The MT2 was first checked in the lab to test its durability. Our design team then had it tested in real-life conditions in Sainte Victoire mountain on experienced male and female trail runners. The flexibility tests compared to the former model were irrevocable.The results allowed us to release this new MT2 model, which is still as robust and comfortable on all terrain, but lighter and more flexible for more fluid and dynamic running.
Product testing
This shoe has been tested on a wide range of distances and terrains by many male and female runners. The Kiprun Trail MT2 was particularly appreciated for its excellent comfort and protection. The shoe has also undergone a series of mechanical tests in the lab.
