Lightweight compression socks

Suitable for running from spring to autumn. Light and thin. Pay attention to compression level. Otherwise it will be difficult to put on and take off. I didn't notice any change when running.

Worst socks ever

This pair is by far the worst torture you can inflict on your feet. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. And I don't rush this judgment, I gave them multiple chances to prove to me that the problem came from me but it was more and more catastrophic. At least 30 minutes to put them on, while providing anxiety and nervousness breaking all records. You will not go running to train but to evacuate your desire to kill after having fought against this pair of socks. If only the performances were there, I won't say, but that's a real purge when it comes to running with these socks on your feet. A toe thicker than the earth's crust, connected to a textile as fine as it is tight, preventing the foot from breathing. As a bonus you end up with blisters the size of a skateboard wheel in places you never thought possible if you have the misfortune to exceed 20km in one ride. Run away from these socks if you value life and want to keep the will to run. It is now too late for me but you can still save your skin.

Unfortunately very short lived

The compression is good, but the socks don't provide any cushioning. After several long runs and about 100 km, I have unfortunately noticed that the material of the toe box becomes extremely hard after the first wash. It is now so rough and hard there that it rubs and blisters or sores form on the underside of the toes.

When should i use my compression socks?

Compression socks can be used before or after a sports activity. For optimal use after sport, wear them as soon as your exercise is over, for a minimum of 1 h 30 min. It is also perfect for long car, train or plane trips.

How to choose your size

Firstly, choose your foot size, and then choose your size according to the circumference of your calf.For optimal performance, measure the circumference of your biggest calf accurately and choose the corresponding size: Size 1 - calf circumference: 30/34 cm (11.8/13.4”)Size 2 - calf circumference: 34/38 cm (13.4/15”)Size 3 - calf circumference: 38/42 cm (15/16.5”)

How to put the sock on?

Roll up the sock to the heel. Place it gently on your foot, making sure that the heel is properly positioned. With both hands, stretch the sock width-wise to place it over the ankle, then unroll it carefully over the leg. Make sure the heel stays properly positioned. Adjust the sock right under the knee, distribute material evenly on the calf ensuring there is no fold along the leg.

How to optimize my recovery

For optimal recovery after exercise, do not hesitate to use a recovery drink, protein bars, massage accessories, compression or electro-stimulation in addition to your compression socks.
