The idea is good unfortunately the massage provided is painful for me Certainly not adapted to my size
Unfortunately, after a good 1.5 years, the heating function on one side has failed. Otherwise I can't complain about the device, I use it regularly. Its compactness means it can be used in a variety of ways, whether on the shoulder, neck, lower back or even thighs, you can choose and position it accordingly. It helps very well in releasing tense muscles. The speed is adjustable in three levels and the direction of rotation of the rollers can be changed. This creates additional variation. The heat/infrared function can only be switched on and off; there are no further controls. But you don't need that either. All in all a great product with a clear purchase recommendation.

Very good, easy to use. Use in training recovery after a running outing or split session. It is true that the heat is not very intense but not the most important. Very pleasant on the back and shoulders, from the lumbar to the cervical!

Here's how your massage belt works:
Your massage belt has a cable: you have to plug it in to use it!Once that's done, you can choose between 3 possible speeds, 2 rotation directions and a heating option.The 4 buttons (on/off, speed, rotation direction and heat) are to be found on the strap, so that you don't have to move the belt to adjust it when using it on your neck.And lastly: sit back and relax! Your belt will stop by itself after 15 minutes without being adjusted, or in case of excessive pressure!
So how do i use my electronic massage belt?
We recommend you spend 5 minutes massaging each muscle group! And, to adjust the depth of your massage, you can either use the straps or your own body weight..The different rotation directions are intended for different muscle groups: down-to-up for your legs and there-and-back for your back.As to the heating option, it helps to relieve tension in your back muscles.Want to find out more?
