The kayak itself is quickly inflated and sits well in the water. Unfortunately, I can't find an inflatable replacement floor for it. So it's no longer usable after just a few uses.
I have the kayak and it was practically always used in fresh water and now the buoy on the bottom has burst at the seam so there is a way to patch it up and I can't find a replacement, I don't recommend buying a kayak at Decathlon as they quickly end up with the product unusable as they don't have all the spare parts and in my case a very important part.
Hi. I can't find a replacement floor bladder. Mine has split at the seem. Please help
I have the 3 seater inflatable kayak which has been great but now the floor bladder has split at the seem and I can’t find a replacement online . What do I do now??
So we have the 3-person kayak and the bottom bladder has burst. We were originally told that this would fall under the warranty and to bring it to store for either a repair or a replacement. When we did so, we were then informed that there would be a cost of £14.99 to diagnose the issue (there is a huge tear which is blatantly obvious), then £17.99 to merely ‘order’ the part and then finally £64.99 for the actual replacement bladder. Now, we have accepted that there is a cost for the replacement part (even though we feel this should be under warranty), however, the other two costs are completely unacceptable. We are really disappointed in this service from decathlon!
I have the 3 seater kayak which is a fab kayak apart from the fact the floor bladder is made poorly. I have had 2 punctures in this now and both times it has gone where it has been ‘sealed’. However this time it is so big as it’s gone along the seam too far and is unrepairable. I spoke to a lady a decathlon who advised that the floor replacement included the bladder. Imagine my disappointment when it arrived yesterday and is just the shell of the boat floor. I can find the bladders for the sides but no floor bladder on line. Surely this doesn’t now mean I have to purchase a brand new kayak?!! How do I order the floor bladder?
Do you sell air plug for ITIWIT inflatable 3 kayak? Is there any place I can get it?
