Choosing your size
Despite the stretch component, these shorts are small in size, we recommend you choose a size larger than your usual size.
Why use organically grown cotton?
To maintain the durability, performance and softness of our products on your hikes, we weave in 30% of recycled cotton from industrial remnants or end of life textiles into the new cotton. By using this method, we can reduce the impact of growing new cotton fibres.
Our commitment to consume less water with this product
Textile dyeing requires a lot of water but also produces waste water from the dye baths. To reduce our environmental impact, we use a mass pigmentation process that involves adding the colour pigments when the yarn itself is produced. This virtuous design method was only used for our grey shorts. We are working every day on extending this to the other colours of the same model.
Product testing
Our design team imagines, creates and designs the Quechua products at the foot of the Mont Blanc, in France. We test them in the field with other hikers, to check their comfort and durability. In the Fontainebleau Forest, Brittany or even Corsica for example. We go to as many different places as possible, in all weather conditions. This creates plenty of opportunities for discussions to get your feedback which is used to plan our future products!
