Very beautiful and very practical for walking in the rain. Not warm enough for skiing in my opinion
Excellent quality price
The jacket is great, functionally comparable to expensive brands. But after two years, it sucked me unevenly and it doesn't look nice
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this jacket. In summary, here's an overview: I bought the jacket at the beginning of January. In late February I noticed premature wear and fading after wearing it about 7 times. I define premature wear as when the fabric has started to rub until it becomes so thin that small holes appear. As soon as I noticed this, I contacted Decathlon to find out what to do. The customer service agent told me about the 2 year warranty which included premature wear and tear, which seemed to be the case for me. He advised me to go to a Decathlon store and return the jacket. I went to the store in Chamonix, where I was informed that the jacket could not be returned because I had "already worn" it. I informed them that I had only worn the jacket about 7 times skiing (the intended use of the jacket) and that I was very dissatisfied with the jacket at this high price. I expected it to last at least 1-2 seasons. After a small discussion with another employee who was helping me translate, I was sent away without any help or advice other than to go to another Decathlon store to see if they would take the jacket back (which they didn't). absolutely no sense to me). I then contacted Decathlon online support (the email was given to me by live chat which was unable to help me) and they again advised me to return to the store - this which I have already tried. Still no help or solution. In summary, I am very sad. I do not recommend this jacket.
This jacket is really excellent for mountain skiing and ski touring. It is important to note that it serves as a third layer and requires a base layer and a mid layer underneath to keep warm. I wouldn't recommend it if you frequently ski in an environment with temperatures below -15 degrees, unless you're doing an intense touring session, even with appropriate base and mid layers.

great jacket, very nice color, great design, but it is without another outer layer, I recommend buying a vest for the jacket and then everything is fine
despite a good and beautiful product you still have to add a warm underlayer.. we therefore exceed 250th per jacket... what a shame that you have increased your prices so much (!)@

3d hood
We have added a hood with 3D tightening that is easy to adjust in one gesture to the jacket. The fit of the hood is designed to follow your head movements without getting in your way. It is compatible with helmets.The hood is preformed with a high collar for protecting the face in case of intense cold or strong wind. The flap of the zip closure is micro-perforated to facilitate breathing while protecting the face.
Cuffs
Wide and adjustable sleeves that fit over the gloves to protect you from the snow and keep you dry and warm in case of a snow shower or a fall. Elastane cuffs with a thumb loop providing a perfect seal between the gloves and the jacket.
Ventilation
To stay dry, it is important to wear a waterproof jacket. But you shouldn't end up wet with perspiration.The vents play an important role in wicking away perspiration.This is why we have equipped this jacket with two large ventilation zips under the arms (35 cm in size L).And one quick ventilation zip on the front of the jacket, enabling you to open and close the vent very quickly.

Cut
The wide fit, pre-shaped sleeves are there to free movement and enable you to ride in complete freedom.We have designed this jacket with 2 components. To guarantee good fluidity and freedom of movement, as well as resistance to abrasion.
What should you wear under your skiing jacket?
To keep warm and dry, use the 3-breathable-layers rule: A ski base later and a second layer liner jacket to retain warmth, a third layer ski jacket to protect you from bad weather.The second layer provides warmth, such as down jackets or fleece sweaters.
The third layer
Protection from the outdoor elements (snow, rain and wind) by preventing them from entering (while still allowing perspiration to escape so that you do not feel Inchwet inside Inch). It should therefore ideally be waterproof AND breathable. The third layer can also provide insulation in the case of lined trousers or jackets and thus complement the action of the second layer).
How can i prevent snow from getting in when i fall?
The snow skirt is a protection system at waist level that closes with press studs at the bottom of the ski or snowboard jacket. It prevents snow and draughts from entering when practicing wintersports, especially in the event of a fall. It can be fastened to the trousers using the 3 loops with a press stud.
Water repellency
The water-repellent property of a fabric is its ability to make water run off its surface without absorbing it. This prevents the fabric from becoming waterlogged and remains light, breathable and warm. A fabric is made water-repellent by applying a treatment to its outer surface. This treatment needs to be renewed during the lifetime of the garment (we recommend every 3 washes). All Wedze jackets have received a water-repellent treatment.
