A good opportunity for children to start basketball.
The best ball
Bought in size 5 for my 8 year old son who I often play basketball with. The ball deteriorated rapidly after only a few hours of play on smooth asphalt (outdoor basketball court) After a few days, the surface layer peeled off. The touch of the ball becomes catastrophic with these small shreds that come off.
I received the ball with a hole in it But I'm still sure that in normal times it must be an excellent quality product
Lad loves the ball great choice
Sadly this ball is a disappointment, because it doesn't bounce very well. Feel is good, holds air, but is noticeably rubbish at bouncing compared to other basketballs despite being correctly inflated.

What ball should you use?
If you want a very durable ball, go for a rubber ball. If you want a ball with a good feel, leather or synthetic are what you need.
For a good bounce, how much should you inflate your basketball?
A basketball that is overinflated or underinflated doesn't give you the best match experience.The recommended pressure is clearly marked on the ball by the manufacturer. Ideally, you should use a pump with a pressure gauge so that you can be more precise.At Tarmak, we recommend a pressure of 0.62 bars.Enjoy your match!
What height basket should you choose?
The official height of a basketball basket is 10 ft. (rim height).If you want a basketball basket for your child, you need something that will grow with them. For younger kids there isn't an official height so you can choose whatever suits them best.Up to the age of 10, club baskets are set at 8'6”. After the age of 10, both girls and boys play with 10' baskets.
