Product Customer Reviews

Very comfy and easy to use
Good service, nice staff
Light weight babe
Teaching for a folding bike I searched for weeks of online cycle supplies and many cycle shops, that had no stock. Then I searched online decathlon local superstore that had a selection. Even though the store was busy the staff member still made time to explain the details of each model. I made my choice solely on his information and had a £50 discount! I was very pleased with the customer service and the quality of my purchase. To add to this their online backup customer service is brilliant and I would recommend you check out your local decathlon store before buying items elsewhere.
One week on and I don’t know how I lived without this bike. Has transformed my life. So easy to nip around town. Saving me time and money (petrol). Very close to 5 stars - is maybe just a little heavy. Having said that, I’ve never tried any other makes so have no idea if it’s the norm. Other than that, if you’re looking for a folding bike, you cannot go writing with this.
Love riding this and it is easy to fold for bus, train etc...
So good
I have had this bike for just over 7 months, I have went to Decathlon support on messenger for a few things that went wrong with the bike. The derailleur broke off, furthermore the stores won’t honour the 365 days return so don’t bother thinking your bike is a good investment in that sense. Tyres after 1500 mileage will have punctures a few times a week. Support is useless and sulky. I regret buying from this company and would hindsight chosen another bike company to deal. Furthermore their workshop is ripoff and is never available- parts take weeks from France.
I have already reviewed this bike but here is my 1000 mile review. I got the bike on 31/2/22, it’s now 5/10/22, so I’ve had the bike just over 7 months. The mileage is now just over 1000 miles I’ve put on the bike. Problems so far.. I lost the rear rubber mud flap early on, the wheel reflectors went missing early on, the rear light is absolutely useless, the catch for the handlebars when folded down came off and the gears went out of sync. The gears was an easy enough fix, they are spot on again, the handlebar clip came away from the stem. It is on a sort of rivet system, so I’m guessing as the bolts are tightened it squashes some metal bits in the stem making them tight. (Think of it as a rawl plug type thing). I got them back in, but I had to cable tie the holder on as well just to make sure it didn’t come off again. Other than that, it’s a great bike. Does everything that I want and more. In fact it’s my bike of choice now, when I ride my mountain bike it feels massive and unwieldy! The gearing is spot on for what I want, and the bike still feels nice and tight. Would have been better with better lights, but hey you can get a good set on the internet for a tenner. So far so good, hopefully it keeps going without problems.
In less than three month, the brake got loose, tyre had to be changed twice and derailleur broke. Any spare piece come from france and take more than 4 weeks to come... Not worse it
Very pleased with the purchase. Bought two for us to ride along the promenade but have been everywhere with them. Solid build, stable and easy to ride. Easy to fold. A tad heavy to lift into the boot of the car but manageable. Very happy that they fit side by side in the boot of a Ford C-max without having to fold the back seat down.
Light, compact, stylish, practical and most of all value for money. Great bike with lots of great features. Would recommend this bike to anyone.
Great bike to ride, is sturdy and feels secure. Easy to fold, and light enough to carry and put into the car. Would highly recommend . Excellent value.
The Frame has come with one deep scratch it wasn't showing until unfolding the bike. and the seat is very hard that you won't be able to walk if you use on the 3rd day ride. I'v had to buy a new seat Since i'v change the seat its ok now. The staffs are super friendly very nice very polite BUT unfortunately not trained well as it took 3 gents to put a rack on the back of my new bike.
Bought as I couldn’t fit 4 bikes on my roof rack easily. I got it for my wife to use on holiday , but it’s so fun to cycle I think I’ll use it more than her !
