generally comfortable pants, however, the belt really need some work. it gets loose easily and the plastic buckle broke after 1 month's use.
Selected for mountaineering. They are great. Sizing is quite snug so it’s important to go at least one size up for a regular fit.

I ordered this item online in store. It wasn't easy to figure out the correct size for gift giving. The online was sized one way & the inshore another. WHAT? Then theres the issue that everything seems small... I wear a small in most items but not at DETHALON. I wear a large inmost items then have to have everything hemmed at least 6" Frustrating to say the least..

On our tags you'll find US, GB, AUS (and more)! If you hop on the website to order, you'll only have the option to order the sizing we use most commonly in that particular country. We've added sizing conversion charts to the end of each aisle (in store) to hopefully make this system a little less confusing! Please don't hesitate to ask a staff for help in discerning the clothing sizes on your next visit, we're always happy to assist!

These are great trousers for a fall or summer hike. Though they do fir on the small side so beware.
These are fantastic outdoor trousers for hill walking, scrambling and climbing. Light tough and easy to move in they compare well with top brands like Rab or Mammut. My only beef with them is that they come in only 1 leg length, which for shorties like me is a bit of an issue. Luckily, they have a draw cord at the ankle.

Very good item!
Great trousers not just for walking but for a working man who needs to look smart yet practical. Lots of pockets and really stylish. Wash well too. A little expensive but then you get what you pay for! And these really are good.
These trousers are extremely comfortable, perfect for scrambling as they're so comfortable to wear. Not really waterproof, anyone walking in heavy rain would struggle, but these pants are so practical, great pockets and stretch on them, not restrictive at all despite them being quite a tight fit, they feel like pyjamas. Will be buying my 3rd pair soon.
These rare not in anyway waterproof. We had showers yesterday. It took these a minute to be soaked through. Despite that they are great non waterproof walking trousers. Comfortable, robust , flexible, quick drying, wind resistant. I really like them and now have 4 . But they are not waterproof

These pants have a snug, close-fitting cut. The use of fabric with 2-way stretch gives perfect ease of movement. If you prefer looser-fitting pants, choose one size up from your usual size. Inside leg of 33.1 in size S

What is the water-repellent property of the component?
Please note, this product is not waterproof. The water-repellent property prevents the pants from getting wet too fast but will not keep you dry under steady rain. This can be achieved by wearing overpants. Water-repellent properties can be reactivated by tumble drying the pants for 10 minutes on low temperature. You can also use the Forclaz re-waterproofing spray (ref 8554908)
In case of rain...
These pants are not waterproof. In the event of rain, we recommend you protect yourself with waterproof and breathable overpants. Check out the Trek 500 overpants (ref. 8493660).
