How much weight can you add to these dumbbells?
Each of these dumbbells can take up to 30 kg. As the bars and nuts weigh 2 kg, you can lift up to 32 kg with each dumbbell, or 64 kg in total. If you want more weights to add to your dumbbells, our 28 mm cast iron plates (1042303) are perfect. They come in 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10 and 20 kg, so you can add the load you want.
Train safely with this dumbbells kit
The weights are fixed to the threaded bar using a nut. This keeps them secure, even when you're using your dumbbells vertically. If you do dynamic workouts, you should check the nuts between each set, especially if you hear the weights knocking against one another. That said, a little play is perfectly normal so that you can easily thread the weights onto the bar.
